How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a claim and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Venado accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also log into your Venado account to view your order history and status.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Venado products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
